Dr Bailey is the best, but all the team is good. I was hospitalized and met most his partners .They were all great to deal with. Dr Bailey is the best after 16 years with him, but in a pinch it was comforting to know his partners are awesome too.! It is a very sensitive area to talk about and it takes a lot of personality to relate. 5 stars to the team.

I am really disappointed in this office. I have been in and out of the ER 4 times. August 23rd I was admitted on observation at St. Joseph Main and seen by ENT Dr. Vincent who performed a laryngoscope. He stated that I need to be seen by GI. I dropped off a packet of notes to the front office and called Dr. Bailey's medical assistant. I have also seen pulmonology and immunology. Today the immunologist called to do a doctor to doctor but no one got back to her by 3pm today. I have also called the office to request a sooner date to see Dr.Bailey for my issues this week. I was told by the front office that Denise is awaiting a message from September 25th that was sent to Dr. Bailey and that is why I have not heard back on scheduling my appointment sooner. I saw Dr. Simms in the ER for the same symptoms. Quite frankly, this is a delay in care. In the meantime, I am in and out of the ER with the same symptoms I have had since July which include: chest pain, epigastric pain, cough. New symptoms include: chest pain, palpitations, epigastic pain, GERD, hemoglobin falling, brain fog. If I go back to the ER.....I am still not sure they are going to appropriately triage me as a patient nor the office. This is as an established patient for this practice. I cant believe I have to get another referral as a new patient to a different practice......

I was scheduled for a procedure & was told I would meet him the day of the procedure but was uncomfortable with having it done by someone I've never met. The office called me back when I cancelled it & scheduled me an appt 2 days later. Upon meeting the staff and Dr. Bailey, I was made to feel more at ease. Dr. Bailey took the time to answer my questions without rushing me or making me feel foolish. Still not looking forward to the procedure but now at least I feel like I am in good and compassionate hands.
