Until recently dr askwitz was a good doctor but he is in the midst of retireing and has handed his practice over to a bunch of uninterested doctors. he is rarely there and his office will not return your phone calls no matter how sick or how long you have been offiliated with him and been his patient.

I have been Dr. Askowitz's patient for well over a decade now. There have been some minor, I mean it, minor problems with long waiting times and difficulties getting referrals to specialists. The long waiting time can be easily managed with taking something to do with you, such as your smartphone, or a book, and the difficulties with getting referrals have vanished recently. So, my grade for this Doctor is Excellent!

The front desk person here needs an attitude adjustment, I do not know how she got her job. I would steer clear of this doctor and chose a different one. This establishment does not care about their patients, it s all about money to them and you must work on their time table and be ready and available when they call, god forbid you have some other pressing issue when they call you back. you cannot even get an appointment when you call, you have to wait around for the receptionist who answers the phone,,,DOCTORS OFFICE! Instead of hello, how may I help you to call you back at her convenience. She is mad she has to work as a front desk slave instead of doing something great with her life. Save yourself, call another doctor, you will not be happy seeing this one.
