I have been trying to get out of this fraudulent union for a while now. I have done everything they asked and they still have not removed me and they are taking money out of my paycheck still and I have revoked all authorization to do that. I call and they either don't answer the phone they don't call back they don't email or they put you on hold for hours and then hand up on you. I'm looking for a lawyer who can help me this is wrong and a scam. They lied about everything. They lied about how much money would be taken out of my check. It way higher then I was told. I can't afford this. I'm drowning in debt and they don't care. I need help.

They charge me Union news for what exactly I don't know because they don't answer their phones when they do answer the phones they say that they will email you back which they never do I think it's a big rip off and a load of crud. They should be getting in trouble for committing fraud on their union members. Why the heck are you taking money out of our checks? For which purposes? You guys don't do anything I've been waiting for over a month for you guys to get a hold of me through email like you said you would and nothing. I tried calling and it tells me to select the language option number and when I do it just says extension 3133 is not valid and then kicks me back to the same damn thing can't get a hold of anybody here what do you guys even do. It's a load of bullpucky. I don't want to pay you guys anymore for doing nothing it's like throwing away money or getting robbed cuz that's exactly what you guys are doing and robbing me for union dues quote unquote without providing me any type of service whatsoever. I never even got my benefits package from you guys. You guys' website for the benefits packages they're just discounts to places why the heck do I need that what about my dental what about my vision hello scam artists

No local number to call. I never agreed or signed anything wanting to be part of the union. Now because of there mistake I have to wait 30 days for a response, meanwhile they will continue to take $50 out of my check. The person on at the call center named Jonathan kept telling me how great it is to have the union. I understand put i hardly have hours and can’t afford that taken out. It should be my decision to be part or not. They are robbing me and because of their mistake, I have to wait at least 30 day plus the time for them to send the money back. They are professional robbers.
UPDATE * it’s now been two months and STILL haven’t gotten my refund after speaking to MANY “supervisors”. Nothing has been done.

I think our Union is great. It"s great because of everyone's effort to help and do their part. It is real easy to get a hold of any of the Reps we have, and if you can spare the time be one yourself. Get involved in the efforts. One person can't do it alone. We need everyone's support, Be sure to VOTE in elections, call the UNION local 2015 and ask what you can do to help. Bring water to our rallies snacks, or what ever you can do. I can tell you right now it is appreciated. Once a rally is started you can't leave to go get water or lunch or anything like that. So do what you can to help all of us who are in this fight together for our raises, Medical and health insurance, Paid Vacations Sick leave and so on. I have Reps come to my home just to talk to me to see how things are going to see what my needs are, and what I would like to see happen, now how can you beat that. I know they are working hard and tireless and long hours to make sure we all win this battle. PLEASE HELP and SUPPORT our Union Local 2015 and do what you can
