I’m really disappointed. I ordered the “Chocolate Chunk Blast,” expecting a chocolate-filled treat, but what I got was just a vanilla shake. I even paid extra for an additional chocolate topping, hoping for more chocolate flavor. When I politely asked the staff to double-check and add some chocolate, I was told that they had already added the chocolate chunks. However, the shake remained vanilla all the way through, even after I scooped down to the bottom.

The only solution offered was for me to purchase more chocolate or brownies, but unfortunately, the manager declined to do anything further. As a regular customer, I expected better service and quality, especially for something as simple as a chocolate shake. If you’re a chocolate lover, I’d recommend trying another place. This was not what I expected when I ordered a “Chocolate Chunk” treat

Update: went to Culver’s right down the road and got a Chocolate concrete with Oreo. Less money and actually full of chunks and chocolate 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ordered in the app at 10:13 for a pick up at 10:19 we pulled in the stall at 10:18 I checked in. It said my order was in the kitchen and then around 1021. It said that they were on their way out with my food. No one showed up and the screen said thank you Courtney.. no order so we wait .. we push the red button she says oh we got it here. So we wait some more still nothing so call and the manager says The delay is because they’re waiting on bacon and she wanted to make sure we get fresh food. And she apologizes and she try to get it out as fast as she can. Miraculously about a couple of minutes later, our order arrived finally at 1030 When we got the bag, our food was warm at most. Not hot and fresh as she was insisting that they were waiting on bacon. Upon further inspection when we got home, we could see the condensation from the tater tots and the chili cheese on top of the lukewarm burgers. So when I had called the Sonic to ask what had happened to fresh hot food, she just apologized and said that they had other deliveries as well meaning ours just got pushed to the side because they were too busy and they’re goofing off because you could hear them joking around in the background. It comes down to poor management at the end of the night. The food is always good normally. Won’t be back at this time.
